To our valued partners,

Cascade Waterworks is an essential business, in accordance with the Illinois State COVID-19 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 8, and shall remain open in order to continue to supply products for water works infrastructure. We will be following the guidelines provided in order to afford the most health conscious environment to our employees, customers, and vendors.

Our scheduled office hours will change to Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 3 PM Central Time until further notice. Additionally, we have some employees working from home and others flexing their hours and days at the facility in an effort to do our part to reduce potential spread of the virus.

We anticipate no change in delivery estimations, based on these changes, but will monitor work flow every day and respond accordingly. We ask that our customer and vendor partners work with us to achieve the most health conscious environment possible. Please discuss with your team members the need for proper hygiene before and after pickups and deliveries, as well as social distancing to the 6 foot mark as much as possible.
